"I went to Your Printer to print my wedding program and menu. Let me just tell you how much I appreciate Shepard and his staff. Shepard truly went above and beyond for my order. I provided the cardstock and paper for the job, but I didn't bring enough. Instead of calling to tell me to go buy more paper and deliver it to the shop, Shepard took it upon himself to go buy the exact same paper and finished the job on time. Bravo! Shepard is personnable and easy to work with. He's also super detail oriented and careful about my request. He double checked and confirmed everything in terms of pages layout, size, cutting, and hole punch so that the finished products are perfect. Speaking of good customer services. The prices are super reasonable and very affordable for the kind of detailed work and excellent delivery Your Printer provided. I can't be happier with their work and the end results are perfect. Best of all, it didn't break my bank unlike other places I got quoted for. Thank you Shepard for taking such good care of me. What a neighborhood gem!"
